Allied Crafts Council of San Diego, generally known as Allied Craftsmen of San Diego (ACSD), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect from you when you visit our website, and how it is used and kept secure.

When you visit this site, we collect information from you necessary for the navigation and secure functioning of the site, analytics information to help us improve site function, and personal information provided by you to enable us to provide services that you request. ACSD will never sell any personal information you provide, nor will it make your information available to any outside organization for their promotional use.

Names and email addresses you provide via the “Subscribe” panel will be used for ACSD communications only. We will never sell or trade this information with anyone.

We do share your email information with Mailchimp, our email provider, which stores it securely and uses it only for the purposes of maintaining our list and sending emails on our behalf. Mailchimp’s Privacy Policy can be accessed here.

If you wish to unsubscribe from our list, you can do so by clicking on the Unsubscribe link included at the bottom of every email we send, or by sending a request to General Inquiries.

Application Information

Personal information and images you provide via our Membership Application forms go directly to and are stored securely by ACSD. Such information will be used only for our new member jurying process and to populate our internal membership list if you are accepted as a member.

If at any time you want us to remove this information from our files, we will do so in response to an email to Membership.

Your images will be deleted from our files once the jury process is complete.

Payments

Information required to process payments on this site is transmitted directly to and stored securely by our third-party payments processor. Neither ACSD nor Squarespace has access to full card numbers or other sensitive payment information.

Account information in support of ACSD members’ automatic recurring dues payments is held on servers using industry-standard methods to protect the confidentiality and integrity of that data.

Security

ACSD attempts to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of your personal information. Access to personal data is restricted to ACSD members who require such access in the course of their assigned duties, and who are bound to adhere to this privacy policy. Although we make good faith efforts to store information we collect in a secure operating environment, we cannot guarantee complete security. We are not responsible for unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
